Striborg - Journey of a Misanthrope

About Striborg:

Striborg is a black metal artist from Tasmania. The musician 'Sin Nanna' began Striborg in 1994, and he has also recorded under the names Kathaaria and Veil of Darkness. Sin Nanna recorded and released demos on a yearly basis until 2004, when his first studio album was released. His lyrics reveal a fascination with forests, darkness, night, misanthropy and death. The names 'Striborg' and 'Sin Nanna' are the names of a Slavonic wind god (which is really spelled 'Stribog') and Mesopotamian moon god, respectively.
In 2008, fans launched an unsuccessful internet campaign to elect Striborg as Auditor General of Pennsylvania in the United States. Striborg ran on a platform to "Conquer State finances with grim malice."

Nocturno Culto (born Ted Skjellum on 4 March 1972) is a Norwegian musician, best known as the vocalist, lead guitarist and partial bassist (shared with Fenriz) of the influential black metal band Darkthrone. He has been with the band since 1988. He currently works in Norway as a school teacher, and has two daughters.^[1] He has also released a documentary film called The Misanthrope in which he deals with black metal music and life in Norway.
